The Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH) ensures that it retains the highest level of professional standards from its members by adherence to its strict ethical code and structure. The AfSFH is proud to adhere to the top official standards both as a working board member of UKCHO (United Kingdom Confederation of Hypnotherapy Organisations) and also as a Verifying Organisation for the CNHC (Complimentary Natural Healthcare Council).
The CNHC is the UK voluntary regulator for complementary healthcare practitioners that was set up with government support to protect the public by providing a UK voluntary register of complementary therapists
Who am I?
My background is in science (I have a Masters in Ecology and Conservation), and I spent several years working in the International Charity Sector as a trainer and mentor for overseas charities. I decided to change careers to focus on my passion for supporting people, and also to settle in one place in order to bring up a family (I now have 3 small girls). I have always enjoyed supporting people. I see kindness, resources and joy in everyone, and love helping this to shine through!
